The news has recently been bombarded with news of Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie. To learn more about the disappearance and background of Gabby Petito, check out nghscrimsontimes.com. In the meantime, a new light has been shed on the disappearance of Brian Laundrie.

The remains of Brian Laundrie were found earlier this week and were just recently identified by investigators. The question still remains as to how, when, or why Brain went missing days after Gabby Petito, his fiancee, went missing. It is assumed that Chris Laundrie and Roberta Laundrie, Brian’s parents, have a larger role in the disappearance than has been let on. According to their family attorney, Chris and Roberta’s recollections of the last days with their son have been inconsistent with law enforcement’s version of the events that took place. A former FBI agent stated in an interview, “The Laundrie family has conducted themselves in a very odd way that’s generated a lot of suspicions right from the beginning.”

What is known for sure is that Brian Laundrie and Gabby Petito had been on a road trip in a white van, across the U.S. from New York to western states. During this road trip, both Gabby and Brian had been posting on their social media platforms on a regular basis. All posts on social media stopped abruptly in late August. It has been said that Brian returned to his home in New Port, Florida on September 1st with the white van in his possession, but without his fiancee. Gabby Petito was reported missing on September 11th by her family. Petito’s body was later found on September 19th in Wyoming’s Bridger-Teton National Forest, it was ruled that she died due to strangulation. Between September 11th and September 19th, Brian Laundrie had already fled his parents’ home in New Port.

The FBI has confirmed through dental records that the remains found were indeed Brian Laundrie. The family attorney of Chris and Roberta Laundrie stated in an interview, “Chris and Roberta Laundrie have been informed that the remains found yesterday in the reserve are indeed Brian’s, we have no further comment at this time and we ask that you respect the Laundry’s privacy at this time.” Richard Stafford, the Petito’s family attorney stated that the Petito family would not be partaking in any interviews. Stafford also stated that “They are grieving the loss of their beautiful daughter, Gabby’s family will make a statement at the appropriate time and when they are emotionally ready.” New Port police were alerted to skeletal remains. A representative of the New Port police stated, “They are human remains, no doubt there. I would say that the remains were consistent with one individual, you know skeletal remains.” The skeletal remains would later go on to be identified as the remains of Brian Laundrie.
